If you don't know what the Scene Trash Awards are, here's a quick overview. Basically The Scene Trash Awards is 25 to 30 categories about music locally and a bit nationally over the past year (August to July). Categories span from "Best Album" to "Most Like To Party With." The results come out in the August or September issue of Scene Trash Magazine.

Think you know all about your local scene? Well then we need you to help us pick this year's Scene Trash Award nominations. Tell us why you think you'd be good for the panel. If you are chosen as a nominator you will be alerted via email in the coming weeks, and will be expected to have your nominations in with the form provided in said email soon after. Starting this Fall you will be able to vote online for your favorite bands from your area! This year there will be three different regions. There will be awards specific to each region:
Region 1 - New York, New Jersey & Pennsylvania
Region 2 - Northern Virginia, Maryland & Delaware
Region 3 - Southern Virginia, North Carolina & South Carolina
