SONG MEANING

"I Can Tell You're Lying; Your Lips Are Moving"
Finding someone who puts an intense value on truth is an extremely difficult task. Several of our songs reference the pain and distrust that stems from dishonesty in relationships. I think everyone's been burned and lied to at one point or another, and when the liar gets pinned down and called out it gets messy.

This song was written right after one of those sloppy nights. Alone in my apartment staring at a black ceiling - I determined that I wouldn't let loneliness compromise my standards. The line has to be drawn somewhere.
-Rob Kelly (The Apathy Eulogy)
